TECHNOLOGY AND OPERATION

ACQUA SANA systems use a technology based on the theory of MagnetoHydroDynamics (MHD) applied to fluids and specifically to fight scale.

The system consists of a series of ultra-powerful permanent magnets mounted in opposite polarity and placed at the heart of several tubes of different metals to maximize the impact of the magnetic fields generated by the magnets on the water while ensuring total protection from external magnetic influences.

By passing through negative-positive alternating zones, the calcium carbonate particles in the water undergo a neutralization of their surface charges, according to the MHD theory, and a modification of their crystalline structure, making them non-encrusting and preventing them from clumping and forming scale. The limescale remains in suspension in the form of a microscopic powder called aragonite. This powder is carried by the water flow towards the drain.

The system therefore does not transform the composition of the water and the solution provided is of a physical nature.

The ACQUA SANA system range is extensive. It covers a wide spectrum of flow rates up to 30 m3/hour or 500 liters/minute.

The size of the pipes on which the devices are installed ranges from ¾ inch up to 3 inches.

The power of the magnets is never less than 15,000 gauss and largely exceeds 25,000 gauss at any point in the water vein for the most powerful systems.

Installation is simple since there is no connection to the electrical network. It is done directly online on the pipeline or via a bypass.

It can be used in both cold and hot water.

The systems can be mounted either horizontally or vertically.
